## Pros
- Exceptional picture quality with super brightness, deep contrast, and vibrant colors thanks to the 144Hz QD-Mini LED panel and Ai processing.
- Smooth motion handling and low input lag, making it ideal for fast-paced sports, action movies, and gaming with 288Hz VRR support.
- Easy and quick setup process with an intuitive Google TV interface and user-friendly OS.
- Minimal to no lag across streaming, gaming, and navigation, delivering a snappy performance.
- Sleek, modern no-bezel design enhances the immersive viewing experience.
- Built-in Bang & Olufsen audio offers decent clarity, though additional sound equipment is recommended for the best audio.
- Filmmaker mode out of the box provides an excellent starting point for color accuracy and picture settings.
- Competitive pricing offers premium features and picture quality often found in more expensive models.
- Well-built unit with an anti-glare screen that helps reduce reflections in moderately lit environments.

## Cons
- Built-in sound quality is generally underwhelming, often requiring a soundbar and subwoofer for an optimal audio experience.
- TV is very heavy and bulky, making it difficult to move or install without professional help; wall mounting requires a larger than typical mount.
- Viewing angles are poor, leading to noticeable brightness and color fading when viewing off-center.
- Occasional brightness inconsistency and dimming issues in certain scenes or games, possibly needing firmware fixes.
- Glossy screen is prone to reflections, which can be distracting in very bright rooms.
- Backlight failures have been reported soon after purchase, indicating potential durability concerns.
- Customer service is polite but the warranty and repair process can be slow, complicated, and may not fully resolve issues.
- Remote control tends to consume batteries faster than expected, causing minor frustration.
- Lack of clarity regarding return and refund policies, especially about the requirement of original packaging.
